I received it in the mail and it wasn’t light grey like advertised in the pictures. The bag was not light grey, it was black. I was super excited for the light grey since it is perfect for my style, so I was disappointed to find the black when I opened the package.

It went well. My only criticism is that I didn't know exactly where the item was coming from and I didn't receive any tracking info so I was surprised when it showed up. This is not a deal breaker for me, just something I didn't expect.

The purchase and delivery went smoothly, but I wish the listing had said that the inflation sack wasn't included with the pad. When I looked up the pad on the Big Agnes site, it said it was, but because this is an older model (which wasn't mentioned) I'll have to pay another $40 to be able to inflate it - at which point it would have been cheaper just to buy the new model that does come with the sack at full price.
